現在私は、２４時間持続型のインスリンはノボノルディスクファーマ株式会社の、
ノボペンエコーでトレシーバ注ペンフィルを使っています。
ジェネリックなし。
以前は「レベミル注フレックスペン」と「トレシーバ注フレックスタッチ」を使っていました。
「レベミル注フレックスペン」と「トレシーバ注フレックスタッチ」２つとも同じノボノルディスクファーマ株式会社のものです。
インスリンの在庫
インスリンを打っている方はおそらく多めにインスリン在庫をストックされているとは思いますが、新しいインスリンが出て、それを使いたいのですが中々、古いインスリン在庫がなくならなくて。。
なのでこの新しいノボペンエコーを使えた時はなんだかうれしかったです。

大きく違う点
大きく違う点が２つ
１・打つインスリンの単位が以前のものは１単位づつでしたが、
このノボペンエコーは、０・５単位づつ打つ事ができます
２・鹿マークの横の黒い部分を引っ張ると液晶に数字が表記されます。
これは前回打ったインスリン量の表示と説明書に書いています。
こんな感じで進化しています。
その他のインスリンペンについて
私が使っている超即効型のインスリンは別メーカーの物を使っていて１単位づつでしか打てません。
０．５単位づつ打てるの便利なインスリンペンが１日１回しか打たない持続型だけか・・・。と
思った私は、主治医の先生に、毎食打つ、超即効型のインスリンも
同じノボペンエコーを使いたいと申し出たところ、
もちろん大丈夫と言ってもらえました！
ただ、「今のはジェネリックで安いけどノボラピッド注ペンフィルは
ジェネリックはないから値段が高くなるよ」と言われたのですが、
少し前まではノボラピッド注フレックスタッチを使っていたので
値段より、便利な方が良いので変更してもらいました。
ノボペンエコーの色は赤色を選びました。
残念ながら、前から使っているインスリン在庫があるので、超即効型のインスリンは、まだノボペンエコーを使っていません。
新しいインスリンペンを使いはじめた時はブログ書きたいと思います。

Pre-sleep insulin for type 1 diabetes mellitus
My current 24-hour continuous insulin is Tresiba Injection Penfill and my insulin pen is NovoPen Echo from Novo Nordisk Pharma Ltd.
There are no generic drugs available.
I used to use Levemir®Injection FlexPen® and Tresiba FlexTouch.
Levemir®Injection FlexPen® and Tresiba FlexTouch are insulins that are marketed by the same company, Novo Nordisk Pharma Ltd.
Spare insulin stock
If you are taking insulin, you probably have a large stock of insulin, but when new insulin comes out, you want to use it, but the old insulin stock doesn’t go away.
I was kind of happy when I could use this new NovoPen Echo.
NovoPen Echo Tresiba Injection Penfill
It’s the same manufacturer, but there are two differences from the insulin I’ve been using.
No display at first.
Pull the side with the LCD to display it.
The LCD will show the last dose of insulin.
The memory display is now more detailed than the previous one.

There are two major differences
１．The previous insulin pen could give one unit of insulin at a time, but this NovoPen Echo can give 0.5 units at a time.
２．If you pull the black part next to the deer symbol, a number will appear on the LCD.
This number is written in the instruction manual as an indication of the amount of insulin you took last time.
It’s evolving like this.
About Other Insulin Pens
The super fast-acting insulin I’m using is from a different manufacturer and I can only give one unit at a time.
The only insulin pen that is convenient is the sustained insulin pen, which can be used to inject 0.5 units at a time, but only once a day…. but
When I told my doctor that I wanted to use the same NovoPen Echo for my super fast-acting insulin that I take when I eat, he said, “Of course you can.
However, I was told that the current one is generic and cheaper, but NovoRapid® Penfill® is not available in generic form, so it will be more expensive,” but I had been using NovoRapid® FlexTouch® for a while, so I asked him to change it because convenience is better than price.
I chose the red color for the Novo Pen Echo.
Unfortunately, I haven’t used Novopen Echo yet for super fast-acting insulin because I have insulin stock that I’ve been using for a while.
I will write a blog when I start using my new insulin pen.
